ROHSAS TUNA PATÉ

Soak 500g of raw organic sunflowerseeds for 4 to 5 hours with water at room temperature.

Rinse water off and process seeds with a blender or with the famous greenstar, using the dry cap.

Cut:

1 and a half bunch of parsley

2 little charlotts (or 1 onion)

4 arms of celery

Squeeze:

4 lemons

Mix by hand everything you have know and make it become a nice „pastry“.

Add spices:

2tsp of salt

1tsp of fresh crushed pepper

Refine with nice cold–pressed oils you like 😉 and mix everything again!

Shape your paté and roll yummy snackballs!

It goes with fresh salad and all kind of cut vegtables! <3
